Twitter and Facebook Delete Video of Doctors Confirming Hydroxychloroquine “CURES” COVID-19

(RightWingAmericans.com)- Facebook and Twitter, two of the biggest and most influential social media platforms on the planet, have deleted videos reposted by President Donald Trump that show a group of doctors explaining the benefits of the drug Hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of COVID-19 patients. The viral video even saw doctors claiming that the drug works both as a preventative and a cure for the disease.

The video, which was viewed over 14 million times on Facebook, saw representatives of America’s Frontline Doctors explain their experiences using their drug, and how they believe it be effective. One doctor claimed to have treated over 300 COVID-19 patients with the drug without losing a single patient.

That doctor was Dr. Stella Immanuel. She said that of the hundreds of patients she treated, who suffered from conditions that made them particularly vulnerable to the virus, none died after she administered treatments of Zithromax, zinc, and hydroxychloroquine.

Andy Stone, a representative of Facebook said on Twitter that the video was removed becaused it shared “false information” relating to cures and treatments for COVID-19.

Who do you believe, doctors or a guy from Facebook?

Speaking to Business Insider, a Twitter representative explained that they pulled the video for the same reasons.

“Tweets with the video are in violation of our COVID-19 misinformation policy,” the representative claimed. “We are taking action in line with our policy.”

It means that Twitter has, for the first time, completely deleted posts made by President Donald Trump. They didn’t just censor the post or make it harder for people to access, but completely removed the post so people could no longer view the video.

Before it was removed, the video showed a dozen doctors talking to journalists in front of the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.

The idea that it is controversial to suggest hydroxychloroquine helps COVID-19 patients is controversial in itself. Doctors all over the world have reported positive results from using the drug, and President Donald Trump even took it himself as a precautionary measure.

Could this be a case of Trump Derangement Syndrome? Might the situation be different if President Trump hadn’t been championing the drug from the start?
