One MILLION People Demand WHO Director-General Resign IMMEDIATELY

(RightWingAmericans.Com)- On Sunday, one million people had signed a petition calling on Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus to resign from his position as the Director-General of the World Health Organization. Pressure increases on Ghebreyesus to resign from his role after U.S. intelligence found that China attempted to cover up the severity of the outbreak and many politicians have accused the WHO of helping the communist country cover it up.

The online petition was launched on January 31, back in a time when the extent of the cover-up was well known. Initially, the petition referenced Tedros’ refusal to designate the virus a global health emergency. This was at a time when the virus was being seen to spread rapidly across China.

The creator of the petition also said that the decision not to designate the virus a global emergency meant that the number of people infected by the virus increased by a factor of ten, from 800 people to 10,000 in just five days. Had the decision been made to declare it an emergency, nations would have begun shutting their borders and limiting travel from China and other countries.

A tweet from the World Health Organization on January 14 claimed that investigations conducted in China suggested that there was no evidence of the virus being transmitted between humans, despite a large number of people suffering from the virus and China being notoriously unreliable on matters like this.

Skeptics have since been proven right, as the virus can be transmitted between humans and some reporters and politicians have accused China of lying about their understanding of how the virus works.

One such politician is Republican Senator for Texas, Ted Cruz, who described the WHO’s actions helping the Chinese Communist party cover up the origins of the virus as “deeply troubling.”

A number of Republican members of Congress also recently wrote to the WHO demanding that the director-general disclose specifics about its relationship with the Chinese Communist Party.

“You, as leader of the WHO, even went so far as to praise the Chinese government’s ‘transparency’ during the crisis, when, in fact, the regime has consistently lied to the world by underreporting their actual infection and death statistics,” the letter read.

Will he resign? Time will tell, but the WHO seems to think it is invincible…
