Democrat Jerry Nadler Says Antifa Riots a “MYTH”…Video Proves Him Wrong

( You’ve heard of Jerry Nadler before. He’s the Democrat in charge of the House Judiciary Committee, and the Representative for New York’s 10th congressional district. He’s by no means a new face in the Democratic Party, but he’s up there with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar when it comes to dismissing Antifa violence as a myth.

Nadler claimed on Sunday that Antifa riots, which have been raging in Portland for several weeks now, were just a “myth.”

Nadler was approached over the weekend by journalist Austen Fletcher who asked him if he would disavow the riots, which are being perpetrated by supporters of the Democratic Party.

“It is true, there’s violence across the whole country,” Fletcher told Nadler. “Do you disavow the violence from Antifa that’s happening in Portland right now?”

“That’s a myth that’s being spread only in Washington, D.C.,” Nadler responded.

Fletcher pushed Nadler to be specific, asking if he means the Antifa violence in Portland is a myth, to which Nadler said “Yes.”

The riots are, however, very real. Journalist Andy Ngo has been at the forefront of collecting evidence of the riots, publishing videos that show extreme violence in the city being combated by federal agents.

In one video, a woman from Antifa appeared to interfere with an arrest during a riot.

In another video, a rioter can be seen throwing large bottles with an unidentified liquid inside over the barriers surrounding the federal courthouse.

Has Nadler not seen these videos?

The Trump administration made it clear that the riots are real, too, showing journalists videos of violent extremists destroying the city during a recent press briefing. Look at this video and ask yourself…could this really be a myth?

The Department of Justice issued a statement last week describing the violence, too.

“According to court documents, since May 26, 2020, protests in downtown Portland have been followed by nightly criminal activity including assaults on law enforcement officers, destruction of property, looting, arson, and vandalism. The Hatfield Federal Courthouse has been a nightly target of vandalism during evening protests and riots, sustaining extensive damage,” the Department claimed.

Is the Department of Justice lying, or is Jerry Nadler?
